Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Quote requests: name, phone, email, town, property and project details, preferred language and contact method, and anything you add. Purpose: to forward your request to up to three installation companies so they can contact you with quotes. Legal basis: your consent and the steps you ask us to take before a contract.
• Contact and installer forms: the details you enter, to reply to you.
• Subsidy alerts: your email, to tell you when a grant window opens. One email per event, unsubscribe any time.
• Tools: the calculators run in your browser. Addresses you search in the roof calculator are sent to our server only to look up coordinates and solar production; they are not stored with your identity.
• Analytics: anonymous usage statistics. Google Analytics only runs if you accept cookies; Cloudflare Web Analytics uses no cookies.

Who receives your data

The installers we match you with (up to three per request), our form provider (Web3Forms), our email provider, and our hosting provider (Cloudflare). Installers receive your details only to quote your project and may not use them for anything else. We never sell data.

Transfers

Some providers process data in the United States under standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Quote requests for up to 24 months, so we can follow up and resolve disputes; alert emails until you unsubscribe; contact messages for 12 months.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email us at the address above. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
